Welcome to the Cluemasters murdermystery game, Murder at the Lord. Besides the six main characters Lord Rutherford, Harry Rutherford, Lord Gray, Sir Scott, Lucy and Miss Sevensteen you have the possibility to extend this crime game with four more characters. Simply play this 19th century mystery game with up to ten guests.
As every year, the Rutherford couple invites to a big family celebration in their own house. The best champagne is flowing in streams and the maid Lucy is handing the guests little appetizers. The own property is gladly shown and presented.
All the guests are talking animatedly until suddenly a loud scream sounds. A very distraught Miss Sevensteen bursts into the room and announces the terrible news. She discovered Lady Rutherford dead in the hall. However, it seems unlikely that suicide will take place. There were no signs of depression or any other motive for Lady Rutherford's suicide.
The shocked Lord Rutherford acts within presence of mind and stops the guests from leaving. The murderer must still be in the house and it is one of the guests or employees. All the guests to the table and the interrogation begins. Was anything, of pre-shown behaviour real? Has this family celebration been overshadowed by intrigue and mystery for years?
But the most important thing is:
WHO KILLED LADY RUTHERFORD AND WHY?
